Callers (JPA / PA / SPA)

Location – Bangalore
Experience
2 – 3 years of experience in AR Calling / Eligibility and Benefits verification (US Healthcare – Medical billing domain)

• Experienced callers with 2 – 3 years of experience in AR Calling / Eligibility and Benefits verification (US Healthcare – Medical billing domain)
• Excellent domain knowledge
• Good Analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal/written)
• Good comprehension skills
• Good typing & keyboard skills
• Good computer knowledge

Key Responsibility
• Call Insurance Company and obtain eligibility and benefits / claim status.
• Follow up with Insurance Companies on status of authorizations.
• Apply instructions/updates received from the client during production
• Meet the productivity & quality targets set on a daily basis
• Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor
• Comply with data integrity and Company’s security policies




Denial Management Specialist/ Analyst

Location – Bangalore
Experience
5 -7 years of experience in AR calling and Denial Management (US Healthcare – Medical billing domain)

Education & Certifications
• Graduate / Under Graduate
Skills, Knowledge & competencies
• 5 - 7 years of experience in AR calling and handling Denials and Analysis is mandatory.
• Experience in end-to-end process.
• Good understanding of the complete Revenue Cycle Management.
• Attention to detail.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal/written)
• Good comprehension skills
• Good computer knowledge
• Flexible to work on voice process (calling)
• Willing to work in Night Shift

Key Responsibilities
• Perform timely and accurate review of denials, appeal determination and submission including tracking findings.
• Conduct appropriate follow ups to ensure prompt adjudication and reimbursement of claims.
• Conduct all denial review activities with a focus on continuous quality improvement.
• Identify and report denial trends and take appropriate corrective and preventive measures on denials.
• Participate in Revenue Cycle Management Team meetings/conference calls and provide necessary reporting and feedback to improve processes.
• Apply instructions/updates received from the client during production
• Meet the productivity & quality targets set on a daily basis
• Comply with data integrity and Company’s security policies

Good to have Competencies/Skills (Not mandatory):
• Serverless Computing using Microsoft Azure Functions or Amazon AWS Lambda or Google Firebase Functions.
• Microsoft .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, .NET Standard.
• If .NET professional and possess Microservices experience, exposure to Azure Service Fabric and Reverse Proxies.
• Containerized development with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Realtime Queuing and messaging frameworks such as MSMQ, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Azure Service Hub, Mulesoft ESB, Google Firebase Realtime Database, etc.
